Welcome to CreditReportAdvice

CreditReportAdvice is a new service set up by credit report experts designed to demystify the complex and often confusing world of credit reports – and to help you sort out any issues quickly, professionally and in a friendly and personal way.

Rather than you having to work your way through the maze of who to contact and what to say when you think your credit report may be inaccurate, out-of-date or has any other information you do not understand, we will:

tick Identify the key issue/s with you
tick Answer any immediate queries you may have
tick Recommend how you resolve any inaccuracies and who best to contact
tick If necessary help you draft a letter / email or prepare for a call with a lender, credit reference agency or any other organisation or body that can take your query further

Because we do not produce credit reports – this is the responsibility of the credit reference agency – we can provide you with completely impartial and independent advice and guidance.

How do we do this – why are we different?

By asking you a series of simple, straightforward questions about your credit report which literally will take you only a couple of minutes to complete, we can then get one of our dedicated team of experts to prepare to call or email you with their recommendations.

It’s as easy as that.

And we know what you’d like to avoid – so at CreditReportAdvice.....

cross You won’t be kept in a call queue listening to music you’d prefer not to be listening to!
cross You won’t be met with an engaged tone.
cross You won’t have to sit down and write a lengthy and complicated letter or email explaining the problem before you get a response – maybe up to a month later!
cross You won’t have to spend ages explaining your issue to someone who may be new to this and has to refer you to a supervisor or colleague – where you have to go through the story again!
cross If you need further advice you won’t have to start from scratch and your dedicated adviser will stay with your case throughout.

bigtick You will get one-to-one impartial, expert, prompt and friendly advice from an adviser who will have had many years experience in dealing with credit report queries and who understands the frustrations you may be going through.
